Ready for that new lens or camera body? Camera West can assist you. We make the upgrading process smooth and stress-free. To start, simply provide information about the item you want to trade in, such as its make, model, serial number, and condition. Then, take some photos of it and write a brief description. After submitting, we'll get back to you.
For some items, additional information may be needed. We'll guide you through gathering that information. While we strive for accuracy, please note that quotes are not finalized until we physically inspect the item. This is due to the limitations of current technology.
How does our trade In process work?
- Please enter your contact information below. If you plan to visit one of our stores, let us know which one.
- Provide details about the gear you wish to trade-in. If possible, upload photos and specify what you want in exchange.
- An appraiser will contact you to provide an estimate of your gear's worth.
- Trade-In! Either bring your gear to one of our stores or, if you're in the US, we'll give you a shipping label for sending your items to us for final evaluation and credit.
- Find something new. Our sales staff will assist you in finding a new camera, lens, watch, or other gear. This is the exciting part!
