Via camerawest.com, we offer several options of payment. All of our online payments are securely processed through Paypal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in addition to Paypal and Cash, in store. We also accept payment by bank transfer for larger transactions and international shipments.Shipping
All items are available for free in-store pickup (this option is available during checkout). We have a variety of shipping options through Fedex and USPS. If you require a different shipping method, please contact us. We only ship to your verified PayPal address or billing address associated with your Credit Card. Your tracking number will be emailed at the time of shipment. All orders made before 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will ship that same day, and orders made after 2 p.m. (PST) will ship the following day.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. New items must be in 100% new condition, seals intact, and pre-owned items must match the condition in which they were received. All items that qualify for a return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will provide shipping instructions for returns. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Workshops & Events
All workshop admissions canceled no less than 30 days from the start of the workshop will be refunded in full. Cancelation 14 days from the start of the workshop will result in a 50% refund. Cancelation 7 days from the workshop will result in no refund.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment.
