With a minimum focusing distance of one meter, the 75mm Summarit-M is much improved at close focus than other Leica lens today. Perfect for portraiture photography the 90mm Summarit-M features an aspherical lens which creates a perfect and symmetrical image reproduction. Not only is does 75mm Summarit-M provide photographers with a fantastic portraiture tool, but also a great tool for isolating compositions from a landscape.
Designed and constructed by Leica's optical specialists, the Summarit-M lenses achieve neutral color reproduction, outstanding sharpness when paired with Leica's modern digital sensors, and perfect clarity. Fit and Finish
Upon picking one of the Summarit-M lenses up, one feels the quality. The Summarit-M lenses feature an extremely acurate focusing ring for fast, and accurate focusing using Leica M rangefinder cameras. Built with long life in mind the Silver Anodized finish gives the Summarit-M a durable outer coating over a brass body. The Summarit-M also features a stainless steel mount and 6-bit coding.
